the hotel was gorgeous, had lovely views and marvellous location just off the beach, shops and long walks along the promenade as well as all the restaurants and pubs. the pool was good and i had premium drinks in the main bar.

The self-serve champagne on Sunday morning was a good surprise, and the live music in the evenings added to the enjoyable atmosphere of the hotel.

The service in restaurant and the selection of food plus quality of same. Manner and presentation or staff.

Assist and provide recommendations for local attractions. The room we stayed in was dated, and the shower pressure was inconsistent. Despite some drawbacks, we had a great time enjoying the hotel and its amenities.

The Hotel was beautifull with excellent food, facility,and location

The location was perfect just 5 minutes away from the beach. breakfast was good. stuff were friendly, and I will go to this hotel if I go to Gran Canaria again. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

Blanket was not good (the blanket was between two sheets!!!) and furniture of the room was for a 3 star hotel not 4 star, however to me was not that important, as I spent most of the time in the beach. During 4 nights staying in the hotel, they did not change the soaps. It was the first time I saw for having an access to the safe we had to pay, however it was not too much, 2 € per day.

Great views from the balcony overlooking the ocean.

The air conditioning in our room was inadequate. It took forever to cool down. I was frustrated that we couldn't adjust the temperature as we wanted. There were no small spoons available in the restaurant, quite annoying while trying to eat my yogurt.

Great location - is literally 1 minute away from the Playa Des Ingles beach.

Everything else is perfect but I believe it is a bit pricey compared to the standards you buy for the similar resorts in the rest of the world. (Maybe it's because the fancy name "Canary Islands" & Spain). As a young traveller, so much 65+ people were around.

New-fashioned and gorgeous rooms with superb views of the beach and sea. Attentive staff and satisfactory breakfast with good products. Alcoholic drinks at poolside bar, very good service.

The towels in the bathroom are very poor quality. There should be waiter service around the pool area. Reception area needs more staff

Excellent location, just 2 minutes away from the beach. The services in restaurant, the selection and quality of food. Big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful.
